Greetings from the Brownsville Chamber,

 

Yes, it’s time to start planning for this much-anticipated event! Please SAVE THE DATE for the 2025 Brownsville Antique Faire to be held on Saturday, August 2.

With over 6,000 visitors last year, this has become one of the state’s largest, most well-attended events. You can’t beat the venue—our beautiful, shaded Pioneer Park along the banks of the Calapooya River. There will be 70+ booths filled to the brim with vintage treasures, live music, and food vendors. The Brownsville Vintage Car Show will also join us again this year!

 

Early payment will be key to securing your preferred booth space. If you have paid a partial deposit or have yet to pay, please send or call in your payment as soon as possible. If you’ve already paid in full, your spot is secure. There is no need to fill out a new Vendor Application for returning Vendors if your information from last year is unchanged.

  • The Booth fee is for a 10' wide x 20' deep space. You may rent more than one space.

  • $75      Now – Feb 28             Returning Vendors only

  • $85     March 1 – April 30      Returning and New Vendors

  • $95      May 1– June 30          Returning and New Vendors

  • $110    July 1 – July 15           All Vendors


Registration is simple. Fill out the online Vendor Dealer Contract below, select your preferred booth space(s) from the map, thoroughly read the Rules/Liability Waiver and sign, then send your check payable to the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce to:

Or you may print out the form below and send it to us along with your check at the address listed above.


You may rent more than one space. Space assignments will be based on the date payment is received. Every effort will be made to assign the booth space matching the Vendors’ stated preference, but we cannot guarantee you will have the same space you’ve had in previous years if you pay after we open the show to New Vendors on March 1.


Vendors will receive notice of their booth assignments via email or USPS within two weeks of receipt of their application and payment.
