Linn County Historical Museum

Admission is free, and donations are always appreciated. You’ll also find a gift shop with unique finds for all ages and interests. The museum is housed inside a historic train station, and you’ll get a chance to explore some train cars as well.
The Living Rock Studios
The building housing the Living Rock Studios is a true masterpiece, as are the treasures inside. The structure took ten years to build, and it's unique. Inside, you'll find historical artifacts, artwork, antiques, and, of course, rocks. A $3 donation is requested for entry. This is an attraction that everyone in the family will enjoy and should not be missed.

You can enjoy many afternoons at our local parks. Take a walk through Pioneer Park, which has a children's play structure, sports fields, plenty of trees and squirrels, and event buildings. It borders the Calapooia River, where you can dip your feet in the water. Kirk Ferry Park is right downtown with a basketball court and a grassy area perfect for picnics.
