2025 Brownsville Antique Faire
No matter what you‘re searching for, you‘re sure to find it at Brownsville‘s annual Antique Faire in Pioneer Park. Over 70 vendors come together with their treasures and there‘s something for everyone. Breakfast and lunch will be available and plenty of shade and tables to relax at for a while. Enjoy a beautiful park setting and leave with vintage goodies. Also, be sure not to miss the vintage car show!​​

Location: Brownsville Pioneer Park, 200 W Park Ave.
The fabulous Annual Brownsville Antique Car Show will be held during the Antique Faire on Saturday, August 2, from 8 am – 4 pm. Located in beautiful Pioneer Park, this event brings vintage cars and admirers from all over the state. Enjoy food, and 70+ booths filled with vintage treasures.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Help us make the 2025 Antique Faire a success! Here’s how you can pitch in over the next few weeks:

Early July – Help Spread the Word

Distribute flyers/postcards to antique shops in Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Corvallis, Lebanon, Sweet Home,Albany, and surrounding towns

Best days: Thursdays or Fridays.

Track your mileage—Chamber will reimburse!
Thursday, July 31 – Park Setup
-
Pick up signs, banners, and cones from storage.
-
Place signs and traffic cones around Pioneer Park.

Place a sawhorse at the Water Treatment gate.
Friday, August 1 – Supply Run & Booth Prep
-
Purchase: 8 cases bottled water, 6 packs small Gatorade bottles (Costco recommended), 6 bags of ice (Dari Market).

Drop off at Pavilion fridge/freezer.

Pick up wagon, ice chest, canopy, tables, and chairs from storage.

Set up Chamber booth at the park.
Saturday, August 2 – Antique Faire Day!
• Water/Gatorade Distribution – Volunteer to deliver drinks to vendors 2–3 times. Use wagon and refill ice/chests as needed.
• Chamber Booth Attendant – Greet guests, sell merchandise, answer questions.

Shifts: 8:00 am–12:00 pm or 12:00 pm–4:00 pm

PM shift will pack up booth and return items to storage if possible.
Sunday, August 3 – Clean-Up Crew

Collect all signs, cones, sawhorses, and banners from the park.

Clean up any trash near signs and return everything to storage.
-
Retrieve all Chamber gear (booth, merch, tables, etc.) and store neatly.
